Cochran was established in 1959 in Union, Missouri and has grown to include additional locations in St. Louis, Wentzville, Farmington, Osage Beach and Ozark/Springfield. We serve all counties including Camden, Franklin, St. Louis, St. Charles, St. Francois and and Ste. Genevieve counties in Civil Engineering, Architecture and Land Survey services.

Our core values for all projects are to be on budget, on time, and achieve quality design engineered projects. Our Commercial projects include banks & financial facilities, big box retail, office buildings, restaurants, and shopping centers. We work with new residential developments to provide the initial survey and geotechnical engineering and then can build conceptual layouts and a master plan for the site. Cochran also provides consulting services to Municipal governments for municipal buildings, drinking water, wastewater and stormwater management, pavement, roadways, bridges, sidewalks, streetscapes, parks and recreation. Institutional markets have their own set of requirements, and Cochran has successfully met their needs which include educational facilities, financial buildings, health care, and senior living housing. Plus, our vast experience working with industrial projects includes not only manufacturing facilities, but also entire industrial parks. We also work with each transportation system including bridges, roads, highways, streets, and sidewalks.
