Cochran is a civil engineering, land surveying, architecture, construction inspection and testing, geotechnical, environmental, energy, and quality management firm that excels at completing complex projects and solving challenges for clients. While we are not Contractors, we can assist with your design build project as part of the Design team and work with the Owner and Contractor team.

Together, we comprise a team of highly experienced and outstanding professionals that includes licensed engineers, architects, surveyors and civil/geo-technicians, as well as seasoned construction experts. Dave has overall responsibility for the St. Louis & Farmington offices and provides oversight of Cochran’s Transportation Division.
