Since 1998 Cochran has been the residential design engineer for Ming Estates subdivision in Washington, Missouri. This residential neighborhood features 72 luxury home lots on 80 acres.
Cochran performed all of the initial conceptual layout and platting of the subdivision along with the site engineering, including stormwater collection and conveyance to 2-acre and 3.5-acre lakes for retention. An on-site treatment facility was designed and constructed along with the new sanitary sewer collection system. A public water system extension was also designed to serve the subdivision. The subdivision has a pedestrian walking trail encircling the two lakes leading to the community park grounds for the residents.
