Below are the current Open Published Bid Opportunities for each Cochran Office in 2020, please see the information below on how to obtain the bid documents.

UNION OFFICE:
Gray Summit Tank – Bid Invitation
Due 2:00 p.m. CST, on Wednesday, October 21,  2020.
Bid packages will be available after 1:00PM on Monday, October 5, 2020, and may be obtained from the office of Cochran located at 530A East Independence Drive, Union, MO 63084, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per set. For directions, please call 636-584-0540. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A prebid meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 11:00AM via Join.Me conference call. To access the prebid meeting dial 1-857-444-6500 and enter Conference ID: 647-318-915#. The PWSD No. 3 of Franklin County anticipates work commencing by April 1, 2021 and shall be complete by June 1, 2021. The period in which the tank is offline shall be limited to 60 calendar days.

Invitation for Bid – St. Albans Lake Lift Station Upgrades
Due 2:00 p.m. CST, on Wednesday, November 11,  2020.
Bid packages will be available at 12:00PM on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, and may be obtained from the office of Cochran located at 530A East Independence Drive, Union, MO 63084, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $75.00 per set. For directions or to check plan availability, please call 636-584-0540. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A prebid meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at 2:00PM at the Water District’s Office, 150 Old Highway 100, Villa Ridge, MO 63089. The Owner anticipates issuing notice to proceed in early January 2021.

ST. LOUIS OFFICE:
Festus – 3rd St – STP-2600(610) – Invitation for Bids
Due 2:00 p.m. CST, on Tuesday, November 17,  2020.
Bid packages will be distributed electronically via an ftp link at no cost to the bidder. Hard copies will not be available for purchase. Bidders may make printed copies of the bid documents (plans, project manual, and a bid packet) at their own expense. When requesting the ftp link, you will be required to provide your company name, a contact person and phone number, a complete company address and an e-mail address to be added to the Plan Holders List and for receiving official bidding communications and addenda. If you are not on the Plan Holders List, you will not receive any addenda issued. To request the electronic ftp link, email Mike Spalding at mspalding@cochraneng.com. Project and bidding questions shall be conducted exclusively via e-mail. Any questions regarding this project must be submitted to: mspalding@cochraneng.com, by 4:00 pm local time on November 10, 2020. No written questions after this date or any verbal questions will be recognized.
