Below are the current Open Published Bid Opportunities for each Cochran Office in 2019, please see the information below on how to obtain the bid documents.

UNION OFFICE:
PWSD No. 3 of Franklin County – Lakewood Lagoon Repairs (South Cell)
Due 1:30 p.m. CST, on Thursday, August 15, 2019.
Bid packages will be available on Monday, July 29, 2019, and may be obtained from Cochran’s office located at 530A East Independence Drive, Union, MO 63084, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $25.00. For directions and to check plan availability, please call 636-584-0540. A prebid meeting will be held on August 12, 2019 at 1:30PM at the Water District Office, 150 Old Highway 100, Villa Ridge, MO 63089.

ST. LOUIS OFFICE:

Sullivan Special Road District – Spring Bluff Bridge – STP-6004(601)
Due 2:00 p.m. CST, on Tuesday, August 13, 2019.
Bid packages will be distributed electronically via an FTP link at no cost to the bidder. Hard copies will not be available for purchase. Bidders may make printed copies of the bid document (plans, project manual, and a bid packet) at their own expense. When requesting the FTP link, you will be required to provide your company name, a contact person and phone number, a complete company address and an e-mail address to be added to the Plan Holders List and for receiving official bidding communications and addenda. If you are not on the Plan Holders List, you will not receive any addenda issued. To request the electronic FTP link, email Mike Spalding at mspalding@cochraneng.com. Project and bidding questions shall be conducted exclusively via e-mail. Any questions regarding this project must be submitted to: mspalding@cochraneng.com, by 4:00 pm local time on August 6, 2019. Bid packages will be available after 12 pm on Monday July 29th, 2019 and may be obtained from the office of Cochran located at 905 Executive Drive Osage Beach, MO 65065, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $100 for hardcopy or $20 for CD copy per set.  For directions, please call 573-525-0299. A prebid meeting will be held on Tuesday August 6th, 2019, at 2 pm at Linn Creek City Hall.
