Client – City of New Haven
Cochran performed the TAP application, surveying, engineering design, bidding documents, and construction inspection services for this federally funded TAP pedestrian bridge over Hwy 100 in the City of New Haven. The project included embankment in place, Class 1 excavation, Class B concrete substructure with colored form liner, prefabricated pedestrian bow truss bridge, pedestrian safety rail, low voltage LED handrail lighting, earthwork, storm sewer, concrete box culvert, curb and gutter, sidewalk, traffic control, and restoration. Since this project was federally funded, all construction documents were required to meet standards for project delivery as outlined in MoDOT’s Local Public Agency (LPA) manual.
