Cochran performed the application, surveying, engineering design, bidding documents, and construction inspection services for this federally funded STP roadway rehabilitation project on Boyd Street in the City of De Soto. The project included removal of improvements, excavation, ADA ramps, 20,989 sf. of sidewalks, 3,199 lf. of concrete curb and gutter, 8,712 lf. of 7” thick concrete driveway approaches, 10,204 sf. of storm sewer repair; 2,689 tons of asphalt paving, signage, and sodding.
