We specialize in all facets of land surveying and data collection. Our land survey department is an integral component of our firm. This department functions as both an autonomous group and as a support service to our engineering services. Our in-house survey equipment and technology provide quick and accurate data for cost-effective and successful projects.

Located 45 minutes southwest of downtown St. Louis.  Direct Access to U.S. 50 and 3.5 miles to I-44 with multiple sites to accommodate immediate and future needs.  Cochran has provided all land surveying services needed for the development.
