Veterans Care Coordination

Cochran partnered with Veterans Care Coordination to expand its operations through the design of a 15,000-square-foot office and warehouse addition that enhances functionality, supports future growth, and creates a more collaborative work environment. The project combined industrial efficiency with modern workplace design, resulting in a facility that better serves both employees and business operations.

Providing a fully integrated design approach, Cochran delivered architectural, civil engineering, interior design, surveying, and geotechnical services for the expansion. The project included a 5,000-square-foot tenant finish featuring private offices, conference and training rooms, open workspaces, new employee restrooms, and a welcoming breakroom designed to promote employee comfort and collaboration.

A highlight of the project was the creative transformation of the employee lunchroom. By replacing an existing industrial overhead door with a glass-paneled, fire station-style door, Cochran introduced abundant natural daylight while creating a seamless connection to a new outdoor patio. This innovative design provides a flexible indoor-outdoor gathering space that enhances the workplace experience and supports employee wellness. Carefully selected finishes and warm earth tones complement the existing facility while reinforcing the company’s modern, open-concept culture.
