City of Lebanon Park Upgrades

Cochran partnered with the City of Lebanon to enhance its park system through a series of improvements that promote recreation, accessibility, and community pride. Working across multiple parks, our team helped create modern, welcoming public spaces that improve the visitor experience while supporting the City’s long-term vision for its parks and recreational amenities.

Cochran planned and designed improvements for Edna Atchley Park, Boswell Park, and Nelson Park, while also creating cohesive entrance signage that reinforces the identity of each park. Our multidisciplinary services have included architectural design, civil engineering, site development, accessibility improvements, stormwater management, and construction administration.

Projects included new ADA-compliant restroom and shelter facilities, splash pad relocation, parking and circulation improvements, playground enhancements, concession buildings, ballfield relocations, stormwater drainage upgrades, sidewalks, bleachers, and Route 66-themed amenities that celebrate Lebanon’s rich history and tourism appeal. Throughout each project, Cochran worked closely with City staff to develop cost-effective solutions, incorporating durable, low-maintenance materials and identifying opportunities for City crews to assist with construction and maximize available funding.
