Esselte has repeatedly partnered with Cochran to support the ongoing expansion and modernization of its office and warehouse facilities, reflecting a long-standing relationship built on trust, responsiveness, and successful project delivery. Over the course of several projects, Cochran provided architectural and civil engineering design, surveying, construction materials testing, and inspection services for a variety of facility improvements, including a warehouse plant office, mezzanine additions and expansions, training rooms, conference rooms, cafeteria renovations, and other operational enhancements.
