Campbell City Gravity Sewer Extension
Cochran partnered with the City of Ozark to expand critical wastewater infrastructure and improve environmental sustainability in a previously unserved area of the community. The project included the design and construction of approximately 1,800 linear feet of new 8-inch gravity sewer, providing reliable public sewer service to existing residents while supporting future growth and development.

By extending public sewer infrastructure into the area, the project enabled the elimination of multiple private septic systems and sewage holding tanks, reducing potential environmental risks and improving long-term public health protections. In addition to serving existing properties, the new sewer extension opened opportunities for future development by making public wastewater service available to previously inaccessible land.
Cochran provided comprehensive project services from initial surveying and easement preparation through engineering design, permitting, bidding, construction administration, and inspection. Our team worked closely with City officials and stakeholders to deliver a cost-effective, reliable solution that met both current community needs and long-term growth objectives.
Completed in 2018, the project demonstrates Cochran’s commitment to helping communities invest in infrastructure that enhances environmental stewardship, improves quality of life, and supports sustainable economic development.
