Cochran partnered with Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers to develop a state-of-the-art auction facility designed to support large-scale equipment auctions and accommodate the company’s growing operational needs. Spanning approximately 67 acres, the development created a highly functional campus that combines administrative, refurbishment, and equipment storage facilities into a cohesive, efficient operation.

The project included the design and site development of a 10,560-square-foot auction building, a 2,626-square-foot check-in facility, a 27,954-square-foot refurbishment building, and approximately 64 acres of equipment display and storage areas. Cochran provided comprehensive civil engineering services, designing the site’s grading, stormwater management system, retention ponds, sanitary sewer and water main extensions, and internal access roads to support safe, efficient vehicle circulation and daily operations.
