Nestled among rolling hills and scenic landscapes, the Village of St. Albans features more than 300 luxury homes, two nationally recognized 18-hole championship golf courses, and an extensive network of residential and recreational amenities. Cochran’s involvement spanned every stage of development, from master planning and conceptual design through surveying, permitting, utility infrastructure, roadway design, grading, stormwater management, and final construction plans.
