Stone Crest LC

Cochran has been the partner of choice for Stone Crest LC  since 1999, with the initiation and development of Stone Crest Subdivision. The Subdivision is located on the eastern part of Washington, Missouri and it encompasses approximately 140 acres including approximately 215 residential lots and an 8-acre subdivision lake.

Cochran has performed all aspects of engineering for the initial phases of the development from Master Planning, Subdivision platting, sanitary sewer, and drinking water extensions. Also included were roadway design, stormwater management, and collection system design. The annexation was facilitated by Cochran during the parcel assemblage and master planning phases.
