Twin Oaks at Stone Ridge Senior Living

Cochran partnered with Twin Oaks to help bring its vision for a premier senior living community to life through the master planning and site development of Twin Oaks at Stone Ridge. Building on the organization’s long-standing commitment to serving seniors, the project created a thoughtfully planned campus that offers a full continuum of independent living options in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

Beginning in 2010, Cochran provided comprehensive civil engineering, surveying, and site development services to support the expansion of the Stone Ridge campus. Our team developed a sustainable, low-impact site design that carefully integrated stormwater management, utility infrastructure, roadway access, and community amenities while preserving the natural character of the property.

Located on an eight-acre campus, Twin Oaks at Stone Ridge features a 52,000-square-foot, three-story independent living community with 96 residences, as well as The Villas at Stone Ridge, which includes 48 independent living apartments within a 56,000-square-foot facility. The master plan also accommodates the continued development of approximately 80 garden-style homes with attached private garages, creating a variety of housing options to meet residents’ evolving lifestyles.
Cochran provided end-to-end professional services, including master planning, site development, surveying, utility design, stormwater management, zoning assistance, construction documents, and regulatory approvals.
