Superior Oil partnered with Cochran to develop a modern industrial facility designed to support the company’s expanding operations and specialized storage requirements. Located in Arnold, Missouri, the project included the design and construction of a 20,000-square-foot pre-engineered warehouse facility and a 3,000-square-foot office building, creating a centralized hub for distribution, storage, and administrative functions.

Cochran provided a full range of professional services, including architectural design, civil engineering, surveying, geotechnical engineering, construction inspection, and materials testing. The facility was carefully planned to accommodate both hazardous and non-hazardous material storage, featuring dedicated dispensing areas, loading dock operations, and a large storage tank farm designed to support the company’s operational needs while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

A key factor in the project’s success was the seamless collaboration between Cochran’s civil and geotechnical engineering teams. Through early identification and proactive management of site and foundation challenges, our team developed effective solutions that minimized construction risks and helped keep the project on schedule.
