Heidmann Industrial Park

Cochran played an integral role in the growth and development of Heidmann Industrial Park, a Certified Industrial Park located along the western edge of Washington, Missouri, just north of Highway 100. Since 2000, the park has expanded into a key destination for manufacturing, industrial operations, and economic development in the region.

Cochran’s work supported both public infrastructure improvements and private-sector development within the park. Our team provided design services for roadway infrastructure, the Bluff Road Reconstruction Project, a new bridge within the park, and site improvements for multiple industrial and manufacturing facilities.

In addition to public infrastructure work, Cochran provided engineering support for private tenants, including projects at Rawlings, Harman Becker, and other facilities located within the park. This combination of public and private-sector experience has allowed our team to help create the infrastructure framework needed to attract investment, support business operations, and promote long-term industrial growth.
