AT&T store designed by Cochran is the newest project completed in this retail center in Arnold, Missouri. The Water Tower Place and Shoppes at Water Tower currently have a Wal-Mart, Shoe Carnival, Visioncenter, Orange Leaf, Five Guys and soon McAlister’s which will be next to the AT&T store.
