Cochran provides transportation engineering services for projects ranging from local street and sidewalk improvements to federally funded roadway and bridge projects. Our team considers the complete corridor, including roadway condition, drainage, utilities, right-of-way, pedestrian accessibility, traffic operations, environmental requirements, and constructibility.
For public agencies, successful transportation projects also require an understanding of funding and regulatory requirements. Cochran has extensive experience helping Missouri communities navigate MoDOT’s Local Public Agency process and programs such as STBG/STP and TAP, coordinating the technical and administrative requirements necessary to move projects from funding through construction.
