Northwest High School

Cochran partnered with the Northwest School District to modernize the parking and site infrastructure at Northwest High School, improving safety, traffic circulation, and the overall campus experience for students, staff, and visitors. The project revitalized five parking lots serving approximately 870 parking spaces, creating a more durable and efficient transportation network for one of the District’s busiest facilities.

Providing comprehensive services from surveying and engineering design through bidding assistance and construction inspection, Cochran developed a solution that addressed aging pavement, drainage concerns, and utility conflicts while minimizing disruptions to school operations. The project included complete parking lot reconstruction, storm sewer improvements, drainage ditch rehabilitation, water main relocation, upgraded parking lot lighting, new concrete curbs, and refreshed parking striping.
