Providence Bank

Cochran has partnered with Providence Bank to support the development and expansion of its banking facilities, providing comprehensive site engineering services that help deliver modern, customer-focused financial centers across the region. Through a collaborative approach, our team has assisted the bank with site development solutions that balance operational efficiency, customer convenience, and long-term functionality.

One notable project included the development of Providence Bank’s full-service banking center in Lake St. Louis, Missouri. The 2,500-square-foot facility features modern banking amenities, including dual drive-thru lanes and a drive-up ATM, creating a convenient and efficient experience for customers while supporting the bank’s continued growth.

Cochran provided comprehensive civil engineering services throughout the project, including topographic surveying, conceptual site planning, zoning and municipal approvals, permitting, grading, stormwater management, utility infrastructure, pavement design, landscaping, construction documentation, construction staking, materials testing, inspection, and as-built surveying. By coordinating closely with the owner, design team, contractor, and local agencies, Cochran helped guide the project from initial planning through successful completion in April 2016.
