Located in the North Loop Industrial Park, Silgan is one of many clients that continue to rely on Cochran as their facilities evolve to meet changing operational needs.

Cochran provided comprehensive architectural, engineering, surveying, construction materials testing, inspection, and construction administration services for multiple expansion projects that enhanced both the company’s corporate offices and manufacturing operations. The first phase included a 16,000-square-foot, two-story office addition and exterior façade renovation featuring modern workspaces, conference and board rooms, a data center, fitness area, cafeteria, and an impressive atrium lobby. The facility was designed with high-performance glazing and energy-efficient mechanical systems to improve occupant comfort while reducing long-term operating costs.

As Silgan’s operations continued to grow, Cochran designed a 35,000-square-foot manufacturing and warehouse expansion that included supporting site improvements such as parking for more than 230 vehicles and stormwater management infrastructure. By providing seamless multidisciplinary services across each phase of development, Cochran helped ensure the new facilities were efficiently integrated into the existing campus while supporting increased production capacity and future growth.
