Pacific Valley Dairy

Cochran partnered with Pacific Valley Dairy to design a modern production and distribution facility that supports efficient food manufacturing operations while providing the flexibility to accommodate future growth. Located in Eureka, Missouri, the project created a highly specialized processing and warehouse complex tailored to the operational needs of the dairy industry.

The development included the design of a 60,000-square-foot production and warehouse facility paired with an 8,000-square-foot, two-story office building. The facility was carefully planned to optimize product flow and operational efficiency, incorporating conditioned receiving docks, dedicated packaging and ultra-high-temperature (UHT) processing areas, warehouse space, a tank access corridor, and an on-site pretreatment system to support sanitary sewer requirements.

As Pacific Valley Dairy expanded its operations, Cochran continued its partnership by designing a 4,000-square-foot freezer addition with increased clear height to maximize storage capacity through high-density racking. This phased approach allowed the facility to grow alongside the company’s evolving production and distribution needs.
