Union Corporate Center

For more than two decades, Cochran has been a key partner in the planning and development of Union Corporate Center, a 242-acre industrial park that has become a catalyst for economic growth and job creation in Union, Missouri. Guided by strategic industrial development goals and supported through Department of Economic Development and Community Development Block Grant funding, the project continues to provide opportunities for new business investment and expansion within the community.

Since 1999, Cochran has delivered comprehensive services to support the park’s ongoing growth, including master planning, land use and development programming, speculative building design, and the infrastructure necessary to attract and accommodate industrial users. Our multidisciplinary team has planned and designed more than 2.4 miles of roadway, 2.5 miles of water main extensions, extensive stormwater collection and detention systems, sanitary sewer extensions, and large-scale grading improvements throughout the development.

Cochran’s involvement has encompassed surveying, civil engineering, architectural design, geotechnical engineering, and environmental services, providing a seamless approach to site development and infrastructure implementation. By creating a strong foundation for industrial growth, Union Corporate Center has helped position the City of Union as a competitive location for business investment while supporting long-term economic development throughout the region.
