From project planning through construction, Cochran delivered comprehensive engineering services, including conceptual planning, surveying, site design, grading, architectural and structural design, electrical and control systems, permitting, bidding, construction inspection, and testing. Early in the process, our team worked closely with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources to identify regulatory considerations and establish a clear path forward, helping to streamline approvals and reduce project risks.
The project required a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach to ensure the new well facility was efficiently integrated into the City’s existing water system while meeting operational, regulatory, and reliability objectives. By combining thoughtful planning with proven engineering solutions, Cochran helped deliver a dependable water supply asset that will serve the community for years to come.
