Cochran partnered with Quipcon to design a modern office and warehouse facility that supports current operations while providing the flexibility to accommodate future growth. The 42,000-square-foot tilt-up concrete and structural steel building was strategically planned to maximize operational efficiency and allow for seamless expansion as the company’s needs evolve.

Designed with scalability in mind, the facility can be expanded to approximately 63,000 square feet and incorporates features that support multi-tenant occupancy, providing long-term flexibility and added value for the owner. The building also includes four truck docks to facilitate efficient shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
