Cochran has partnered with Walgreens to support the successful development of multiple retail locations throughout Missouri, providing the civil engineering expertise needed to efficiently deliver high-quality, community-focused pharmacy and retail facilities. Our team’s experience with national retail developments has enabled Walgreens to navigate local requirements while maintaining consistent design standards and project schedules.

For each location, Cochran provided comprehensive civil site engineering services from initial site evaluation through construction. Our multidisciplinary approach included conceptual site planning, land surveying, grading design, utility infrastructure, stormwater management, landscaping, permitting, municipal approvals, construction documents, and construction staking.
